Customized rings are not available for returns and exchanges.


Returns & Replacements:

Sizing online can be tricky for some so if your ring doesn’t fit perfectly we will exchange it for a brand new ring in the correct size for free! If for any other reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase we will accept you return within 60 days of delivery for replacement or refund. And as always, we pay to ship your replacement!

Only US domestic orders are eligible for free replacement shipping. International buyers please contact us


Requesting a Return or Replacement:

1.  Navigate to My Account > Orders or use the following link:  My Orders

2. Click the Request Return button next to the order

3. Select from the list which ring is being returned and click the Request Return button
Orders with multiple rings being returned need to be submitted one at a time

4. Select whether you are requesting a Refund or Replacement Item

5. (replacement)  Select the Replacement Size & Replacement Color and click the Submit button
If you are unsure what replacement size is needed please Confirm Your Size

5. (refund)  Select the Reason for Return and click the Submit button
If “Other” please provide some additional info

All Done!
You will receive an email confirmation containing return instructions. If you do not receive confirmation please check your spam folder or Contact Us

Returns & Exchanges:

Once your return is received and inspected you will be notified via email. If you have requested, the replacement will be shipped and typically arrives within 3-5 business days thereafter. If requested, a refund will be issued and is typically credited back to the card or bank used at checkout within 3-7 business days. However, certain banks and card providers may take longer.

  • Refunds do not include shipping costs and cannot exceed the original purchased price
  • We can only credit refund to the original payment method
  • We cannot accept replacements or refunds if it has been over 60 days since receipt or if a return request has not been opened and approved

US replacements are shipped for free and typically arrive within 3-5 business days thereafter.

We do not guarantee to receive your return and cannot be held responsible for undelivered, lost or stolen mail. If the return value exceeds $30 (not including shipping) it is highly recommended you use a shipping service with tracking or insurance.
